The accommodations were rustic, and there are no typical amenities like a pool, but I rated amenities as a 5-star because of the park itself. The lodge is right there in the middle of things, a 10 minute walk to Sunrise Point and the Rim Trail. We were too early in the season for the restaurant but they brought a food truck in for breakfast. Easy to find (in the daylight) and parking was easy. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Room was ‘tired’ after a busy summer season but linens were clean and crisp, fridge and micro in room, good shower, generous towels. We had a terrific dinner at the lodge and a serviceable breakfast. Fruit and bacon delish, oatmeal, pastries, eggs and a ‘to go’ fruit and bread were taken for a later snack.
Location could not be beat! Would stay again.
It's a great place to discover Bryce Canyon! Centrally located, everything within walkable distance, nice and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner are great too. Can only recommend this if you want a hassle free experience of the park. Great hikes.
The lodge is a gorgeous place. Staff friendly and services are great. No air conditioning in rooms, so you need to book in cooler weather.
We would go back.
Restaurant at the location not the best, we order some sandwiches with no mayo, we got mayo. Now the rooms has no AC units, no TV, internet poor. The rest is awesome, easy access to trails, quiet, nice room service. If you want a location to fet away from everything this is the location for you.
Good point was its location. Walking distance to amazing view points. Other points are all dissapointing. The room was old, dark, uncomfortable. Breakfast was with minimum variety. Staff was not serious about wildfire even though the one nearby was terrible and smoke impacted my eyes and throat.
The classic cabin was absolutely what I expected I couldn't complain about anything you have to remember there is no air conditioning in these units. Room service was wonderful as well the only problem I had was checking in with the young lady at the front desk who didn't make me feel very welcome and question my credit card and question my ID even though it was clearly on my Expedia reservation first and last name didn't seem to want to help me turned away several times to take a drink of her drink before acknowledging me. I checked in on the June 19th at 3:00 p.m. so if they want to check schedules to see who's on duty there is two older gentlemen checking people in their customer service seem absolutely amazing.

We got a great rate for a night here and it was exactly what we were looking for. Internet connection was hard to come by but not the end of the world by any means. Highly recommend!

We did not have a room, and had to scramble to find another. They said Expedia didn’t reserve the room, but we had been charged. The staff wasn’t at all helpful. We were told they would look into it. After wasting an hour, we were left on our own to find another hotel. Bad look for the hotel and Expedia.
