This was a wonderful place to stay in between Zion and Bryce Natioal Parks. There is a nice restaurant on site, which was very convenient after a long days drive. The pool was great and they put us in touch with a tour group to visit some slot canyons.

Our room was great. Had been dated from other friend rooms . Pool area was clean and nice. The restaurant was tops with a great host. Food was good. We ate breakfast and dinner there and had no complaints.

Clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant breakfast was also good. It was confusing to find the office at first. We had to drive around a few times, but it’s on the side of the restaurant.

Loved the hot tub and that it was open 24 hours. It made it super nice to go and relax no matter how late we got in. It was a really nice place to stay. Also nice and affordable.

Pleasant attendant at the check in desk, allowed us early check-in after a very exhausting morning at Zion. Rooms were clean, our shower was awesome, my wife loved the sheets on the bed. Kids used the pool and probably would have golfed if it wasn’t so hot. The restaurant is always good and the pies are great. East entrance to Zion, the tunnel, and the Canyon Overlook Trail is 25 minutes away. Gas station to fill up the tank is across the parking lot. The only hiccup was the restaurant’s credit card reader had an issue when we tried to pay for breakfast, so we paid cash that morning. No big deal. From this location we easily made it into both the park at Zion (30 mins) and Bryce Canyon (55 minutes). I’d book this place again without hesitation.

We have stayed here twice. Both times were just overnight stays. This time we were able to pay an extra $20 & check in early. I think 1pm. The pool & hot tub were right outside of our room. Very convenient and clean. Rooms had alot of space & a nice large flat-screen tv. We ate at the Thunderbird Restaurant, food was great and located next to the lobby. It's about an hr drive to Bryce and 25 minutes to Zion. Great location!

We enjoyed our stay here at Best Western East Thunderbird Lodge. It afforded a quiet, less crowded accommodation as we were visiting Zion National Park. There were several tourist sites nearby that were intriguing finds and enjoyable stops on our rest day. The pool and hot tub were great! The room was spacious and clean, with a nice big-screen TV. The only (slight) complaint was that their air conditioning unit seemed to have to work hard to cool that big space. I got hot overnight, but given that it was 90+ degrees outside, I felt comfortable in the room. We actually extended our stay, so we could visit the park longer. We had breakfast one day at the restaurant connected to the lodge, and it was amazing!
