"The property does not respond through Expedia or their own app. We tried the several contact options they provided and never heard back. This is a room in a residential apartment in a not so great area. The room itself was clean and looked nice. The main issue is a woman keyed into the room at 8pm, looked surprised to see us, claimed to be house keeping, and ran out. She had no cleaning supplies and it was late, so we were uncomfortable. I stayed up through the night and let my wife sleep...

"This property was great to use for a base for sight seeing in Zurich. Walking distance from Zurich HB train station. Coop (supermarket), McDonald's and Starbucks one minute walk. The room was spacious, kitchenette had small hob, microwave kettle and coffee maker. Would recommend for families."

"The vorse cutomer servies please don’t go there.no front desk.they give me a room close to the trash can and exit door .all customer try to open my door.horrible experience and i was really mad .i lost my money to rent this place "

"No air conditioning. The fan they gave me was disgustingly covered in dust and dirt. Was not helpful. Was very hard to even get ahold of the property. very warm inside. "

"The hotel was very good, which is what you would expect from the Radisson name. The only small issue was some confusion about the airport transfer. Since there are two Radisson hotels located relatively close to the airport, both or neither should offer an airport transfer. Unfortunately, only one does, and I ended up taking the transfer to the wrong hotel."

"They could be a little more accommodating with the small things. Like complimentary detergent for those who need to clean their clothes. But then again it’s Zürich. Also I did an early checkout but they charged me an additional fee which I didn’t like but whatever. Felt very safe. Very close to bus, tram and train stations. Made getting around very easy. It’s literally 1-2 stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof. "
