Aparthotel Adagio Brussels Grand Place
The front desk clerks were nice to unfriendly. Poor communications about breakfasts, one French lady was not friendly when i explained i cannot hear. She would not communicate in writing so she was jerk. Three other hotel staff were friendly, cordial and helpful. Breakfast was good first 2 days then ...

bonjour, tout était parfait sauf l'incident la nuit du 30 DECEMBRE où l'alarme incendie a déclenché et personne ne répondait au téléphone à la réception et aucun appel d'évacuation à tous les clients de la part de la réception. pas normal, nous sommes descendus de notre propre initiative.
