"Good location"

"I wanted cool air. It stayed hot throughout the night. If I open a window, it becomes cold. So, I spent an uncomfortable night. There was only set of Pillows and Comforter. Not sufficient. Did not want to ask reception for extra - should have been provided automatically considering the cost that was charged. Towels were small size (70*130). Just one bath towel, one hand towel. No coffee maker in the room. Coffee was available in the common area. Glass bath. Lucky that I stayed alone. Not for family or friends unless you want some exposure. Not worth the money."

"Shower without door, every time took a shower water ran all over the bathroom floor and made it very slippery."

"Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city."

"Tv didn’t work, air conditioner didn’t work (they told me to open the window if I was hot!) Not the standard you expect at this price."

"Nice place. Area is a little suspect. Did not feel too safe walking west of the location after dark. Wasn’t happy, or aware, we would be charged an extra 4% at the property to pay with a credit card. Beautiful view from the kitchen in the morning."

"Location wise it's pretty good walking distance from train stops and some museums.The only problem I had is the aircon not working so I need to open my window, the only downside is the noise coming from outside. In addition in would be nice if there is kettle in every room. Clean room and good staff"
