Location was great for exploring Bruges. Very close to the centre for shops and restaurants. The room was incredibly hot, even in mid/late September and the fan that was provided wasn’t sufficient enough to cool the room down. Bed was very comfortable although the pillows were not great. Overall we had a nice trip.

Cheap and well located. Excellent communication. We stayed in the Willy wonka room and the toilet is very small, knees touched the wall in front of the toilet and I’m only 5’6”. It is also really difficult to get in the shower due to the layout of it. It was quite warm in the room.

We were in Room 2. It was a little stuffy and run down with a tiny toilet but fine for one night. It is very well located and we appreciated this along with the kids being able to have a separate bedroom and the comfortable beds. Our friends who stayed in room 1 just across the corridor had an entirely different experience and were very disturbed by noise from the stairs so worth being careful about which room you book.

This was a huge room, actually two rooms. It was the perfect stay for a family with children and the owners were very attentive and delivered on all of our requests. We traveled with a 14 month old and an 8 year old and the separate second bed in its own room was perfect! Thank you for all you did to make our visit to Brugge so memorable!

Otelin konumu muhteşem, valizlerimizi bırakma imkanı yüksek puan vermemin bir nedenidir. Eşyaları bırakıp, yemek yiyip gelebildik. İlk kez resepsiyon olmayan otel deneyimimizdi, resepsiyona gerek yokmuş. Böyle daha rahattı. Odalar temiz, yataklar geniş ve rahattı. Çikolata ikramı güzel bir jesti. Konum merkeziydi. Fazla eşyanız yoksa tren ve flixbus durağına yürüyebilirsiniz. Uber çok fazla tutmaz ama.10 euro civarı tutar. Teşekkür ederiz. Yine buraya gelecek olursam yine bu otelde konaklamayı tercih ederim. Hizmetteki tek yıldız eksikliğinin nedeni tek kullanımlık terlik eksikliğiydi. Onu da odada salarlarsa otel yönetimi eksik kalmaz.

Udemærket hotel i absolut centrum af Brugge. Tæt på butikker og i gå-afstand til hele den gamle by i Brugge. Ingen aircon, men der var en blæser på værelset. Parkering ligger lidt væk og der kan fås morgenmad tæt på. Er absolut det værd i forhold til placering i byen, men der kan være varmt på værelserne i de varme måneder. Mega sjovt med chokolade-temaet, særligt for vores børn.

Lage top, mega zentral. Wir hatten WillyWonka. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit viel Platz. Ganz furchtbar war das separate WC, mein Mann ist fast 2m groß und hatte wirklich Probleme sich da rein zu manövrieren. Außerdem ließ sich die Tür nicht abschließen, das war für die Teenie-Tochter nicht so toll. Dusche zwar modern und ausreichend groß, aber Tür quasi "maßgeschneidert".

It’s one of those locations that has no staff on the premises, but they did answer any questions in a timely manner A few hours at the most We had a car and we prepaid for parking in a garage that was 10 minutes away I would suggest doing this!! I would definitely return

Good value. Stayed in the family room (willy Wonka room) and was happy to see it's in fact two bedrooms. Weather was cool so the room felt great. Each bedroom had a fan. The walls are scuffed but the room was clean. Shower had good water pressure and had a large showerhead. The only downside was the toilet room. It's really small and the sink position forces you to sit on the toilet at an angle. So if you are tall, it's hard to fit in. But conveniently there is a public hotel toilet in the hallway just outside the Willy Wonka room. Plenty of room in that one. The hotel location is fantastic. You can walk to everything. I would stay again.

Ficamos hospedados no Quarto 3 (Donut's Room) logo ao subir no primeiro lance de escadas. A Hospedagem possui elevador apenas pra bagagens. Caso tenha alguém com deficit de mobilidade, pode haver dificuldades. Nossa janela era de frente para rua principal o que tornava um pouco barulhenta. Principal dificuldade foi uma onda de calor que pegamos na cidade (34 C), a Hospedagem tem um ventilador no formato de torre, conforme descrito, porém que não funciona (não ventilada absolutamente nada). Questionei o anfitrião a respeito e tivemos resposta com rapidez que possuíam apenas 1 equipamento por apartamento e que nada poderia ser feito. Recebemos toda confirmaçao e códigos de acesso com antecedência e conseguimos deixar as malas antecipadamente sem problemas. Ótima Localização! Classificaria como 3 de 5!
