We loved this hotel. From check in until we left everything was very nice. We stayed in the Residence just around the corner from the hotel. It was quiet, clean and very pleasant. Breakfast had a good choice, hot and cold options which was fresh and tasty. We would stay here again if we revisit Bruges.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. It was close to the center of town but on a quiet street. A beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, excellent service! I can’t say enough good about it. If we ever come to Bruges again, I would stay here in a heartbeat and I highly recommend it to others!

We, 3 couples stayed for 2 nights here and would highly recommend ! Each room configuration was different, we were also upgraded without a request to do so, gotta love that. The section that we stayed in did not have an elevator up to the rooms, but we only had carry on, so was not an issue. The one couple were in a room that had access via an elevator. Great location…close but not right in the busy areas…nice and quiet as a result. Great amenities…we did not add the breakfast on, as we found it pricey. I would definitely stay here again and recommend if in your budget.
