"The property is in a perfect location inside the city walls. It is accessible without stairs to get to the property from the Pile gate. Other accommodations in town involve walking up lots of steps to get to the buildings. Romana arranged for an airport pickup and then met us to walk with us to the hotel. She also arranged help getting our bags upstairs to our room. She was very sweet and helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely do it again if we were back in...

"Great location and very convenient to walk everywhere. With a limited amount of rooms it makes for a nice and quiet atmosphere that doesn’t feel too crowded. Great facilities for the place such as a pool, places to relax in the sun and a strong variety of breakfast options. Above all, the level of service was 5 star, from the moment of check in through to leaving the staff were attentive, personal and always willing to help with anything you needed.
