"This hotel is absolutely lovely. Amazing building and grounds, set in the heart of the New Forest. Food and service is excellent. It was my daughters 6th birthday and the house keeping team left her a teddy and balloon in our room for when we arrived and she was so happy. Children are very welcome at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and beds extremely comfy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and we will be back. "

"Old Fashioned Hotel. Gardens. Right by the sea and close to the City Centre. Very good water pressure for shower. Had small double room which was fine as only there to sleep. A long walk to get to lift for my room. Charge £5 extra a day to use the pool. Exceptional service - best I've ever experienced. Stayed an extra night I was so comfortable there. Thank you."
