"Great atmosphere and staff"

"I travel for work and stay usually at Hampton Inns. This by far was the best breakfast buffet I have had yet. The staff was warm and gave great tips on local attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. And the daily coffee in the lobby rivaled the Starbucks across the street."

"Air did not work and heat would not shut off. It was 80 degrees in the room the entire time. It was so hot we couldn’t even sleep. Staff did not offer to change our room or anything. I have a medical condition that flares up if I get too hot and this was a horrible experience. "

"Room 331 has unfinished areas multiple spots on the walls . Cobb webs on the lamp shades so I can only assume house keeping doesn’t clean properly. The bath drain would not stay in the up position over filling during shower . Manager was notified . But strongly doubt she will follow through on complaint. "

"The main reasons i booked this hotel was for the pool. No where on any sites did it state the pool and fitness room where closed due to renovations. Smoke alarms in hallways where hanging down ice machines were down except one on first floor. "
