"Very disgusted by the cleanliness of the hotel, the stuff made it worst when I went in to the bathroom and found the bathroom sink is clucked, I called the front desk and they send some over a while later, he knocks woth a plunge on his hand, I stood there watch him plugging the sink with no luck, but mess up the whole bathroom, then another guy came with some kind of comical and poured it in the sink and it cleared out, then both of the walked out, I went in to the bathroom only for find the whole sink couter and the floor is messy and wet, I called the front desk again, so he sends the same guy with the mop, and here im again watching him mops the floor and uses the same mop to clean the counter top, and leaves before I say anything, so I called the front desk again and the said some one will come and clean it again, but guess what no one ever showed up, we were there for 2 nights, but we bearly stayed in the hotel, only because how disgusting the hotel room was"

"I was disappointed in the sounds the hallway was loud. Some banging. You could hear the traffic as if there was no window. I've stayed on the 1st floor prior. Wasn't as noisy. The s cond floor is too noisy. I had a hard time sleeping. Overall everything else was fine."

"We were supposed to get there the day before. Things came up so we arrived a day later. Everything had been paid for. When we got there we got our key cards and went up to the room. My children opened the door and the lights were on and one of the beds was unmade. This was around 10 pm. It was obvious that a crew staff was sleeping in our room. We were given another room but, my children were creeped out. The pool was clean and the breakfast was pretty good."

"We stay here regularly and really love this hotel. It is especially nice to be remembered on our return. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. With Crystal at breakfast and at the bar it was like meeting an old friend. And Ingrid at breakfast and Nayeli on the front desk were also great. The newly-refurbished bedrooms were extremely stylish. And the restaurant had no problem with my dietary requirements. Easy access to New York. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel."
