Me and the family stayed here for 2 nights on a trip to west midlands safari park. The location is very good and staff are very friendly. It was a little loud in the nights making it hard to sleep but the hotel itself was clean and tidy. It is fairly old and warn but value for money is still good

Very clean room, nice beds. Friendly staff. It's a shame they don't serve breakfast, we weren't aware of that. Room was quite damp, needs something for the damp. You get what you pay for.

The hotel has taken the payment from my account before I have arrived at the hotel where the payment should’ve paid on arival at the hotel as agreed? I also was going to pay by a different method. No lifts on the hotel, we had a room on the second floor. It’s old fashion hotel and not nice park and not easy doors and locks. The Bath is very small

Overall a very nice stay in a comfortable room and friendly staff but the bathroom bin wasn’t emptied after our first night and we had no biscuits after the first night of a two night stay. The Swan pub next door was excellent for everything but it is not on the hotels list of where to eat.

My husband suffers from copd , you provided a room near reception, staff were very accommodating, nothing was a problem, we would definitely stay there again, the only downside was the toilet seat was loose, and the heating was temperamental, but I would definitely recommend you to my friends, thank you

Bluemont Review

Arrived just after midnight having flown into Birmingham airport. Hotel was easy to find on A38. Room much cleaner than our holiday accommodation. Large comfy bed, fluffy towels, choice of pillows. IDEAL.

Great price for a huge room

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed was huge and there is plenty of free parking. The staff were very friendly and we had a problem free stay. The rooms are a bit worn but for the price they are very good value for money.

We stayed here for 3 weeks after selling our house, so it was a temporary "home".The hotel is conveniently located being only a few minutes off the M5.. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and serviced regularly. One small point is that they supply you with Nescafe coffee and Twinings tea, not some nondescript cheap rubbish. Only a small point, but worth mentioning. The price we paid was excellent, and unbeatable in the area.

the property was sold to the new owners a year ago by premier inn, everything has pretty much been left as premier inn stuff ut could do with updating , my bedroom wasnt cleaned or new milk or anything given the 2nd night but my dad was in another room and his was? friendly enough - main road wasnt too busy and pub next door nice.

I was on nights, so had no room service. I was told that if i did need anything to go to reception. Only issue was being woken by the cleaners working in the corridor talking about their personal lives and shouting goodbye to each other at the end of their shifts. However, decent hotel, cheap prices so will do for work.
