"L’établissement a dû être magnifique à sa construction, mais il est aujourd’hui laissé à l’abandon. La piscine privée du chalet est inutilisable non fonctionnel et sans eau , la piscine commune est en mauvais état et n’est pas nettoyée, et la salle de bain était vraiment sale - robinet vert. De plus, le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais. C’est vraiment dommage, car le lieu est superbement décoré et a un énorme potentiel. "Very very noisy and bathroom was leaking"

"Hello, This is not a small hotel as the pictures seem to show. This is basically a place renting rooms to people arriving in the evening for an early morning rise to see sunrise on Mt Bromo. I have never seen rooms and bathrooms so dirty, the bed sheet were dirty. There is no reception at all. We were obviously not expected on arrival. Lucky my friend could speak indonesian to find some food in the evening and a driver for the next morning. Certainly not a place i would recommend to independent...

"Dieses Guesthouse kann man nicht empfehlen. Seruni kennt niemand vor Ort. Am Haus steht ASTUNGKARA - Uns wurde zunächst eine Besenkammer zugewiesen, obwohl Twin-Bed gebucht, nur ein Kingbett. Nach Beschwerde und bösen Blicken anderes Zimmer erhalten. Ohne Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Das haben wir uns dann selbst organisiert. Niemand war vor Ort.
