"Clean room, incredible views, pool had a lot of seeds in it from the trees, could’ve been serviced more throughout the day, didn’t bother me but the kids were freaked out. Great coffee in lobby, easy parking, comfy beds. "

"Everything about our stay was just lovely. The property was very clean overall. The outdoor patio area could have been blown off a bit more, but that’s a very minor detail. The room itself was extremely clean, and the kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. It had everything you could possibly need for cooking. The only small additions that would have made it even better would be basics like olive oil. We also didn’t receive quite enough coffee for our three-day stay, so we had to stop by the office for more, which wasn’t a big issue. The pool and hot tub were both nice and very clean. The large bathtub in the room was an extra special touch and really added to the overall experience. One small note for the property: the kitchen area could use more lighting, as it felt quite dark when preparing food. One thing we didn’t expect was being approached about becoming a member or joining a program. That felt a bit off-putting, as we were simply there to enjoy our stay and weren’t interested in attending a 90-minute ownership presentation. It was not pushy at all just unexpected. On a positive note, the outdoor gas fire pits were a wonderful touch, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and quiet, while still being very close to everything."

"Perfect location and wonderful complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed live music in the courtyard and took advantage of the heated pool every day of our trip. While Sedona is magical, our stay at the Arabella made our trip exceptional."

"The Villa we got had a leak kn the roof and it just so happen to rain on the day we stayed. My husband slipped and hurt himself. "

"Absolutely a magical stay at this beautiful resort. Staff was very friendly and the views were unbelievable. Lounging by the Duck Pond pool with a cocktail and an epic skyline view was the perfect way to spend the afternoon. My only regret is that we did not stay long enough to try any of the yoga or astrology classes offered. Our room was not cleaned in the over the course of our two night stay. Not sure if their policy is daily turndown service or if it was only by request. Would definitely stay again."

"We were supposed to have housekeeping on one day of our three night stay. They never showed up in spite of assurances from the staff that they would. One other detail is that while close to uptown shops and restaurants, the resort is massive and it takes quite a lot of walking to get out. Getting there from our room required walking down a street with no sidewalk. Would not stay here again."
