"This place was horrible I would never stay here again. If I were Expedia I would remove this place from this site. It was disgustingly dirty, there was balls of human hair on the carpet, it hadn’t been vacuumed for sure. The bathtub did not get cleaned, old hair in the tub and on the ceiling. The bedding was dirty. The towels were super rough! The curations were nasty and had so many stains. "

"The young lady that checked me in was great her name started with an s I think it was Shanika I may be wrong ! I do know the staff after her I had to go to the 3 time for towels and washcloths ! Which I never received ! Then I went to get my own ! Smh ! The pool was very cold which was ok it was the chlorine that burned our eyes the floor we were on it seemed like they had all the children on that floor, where the teenagers were running up and down the hall and playing door knock on each other‘s doors. I had little kids with me, but not teenagers overall it was not a great stay as I expected it to be because of that was not my first time staying there, but this was not the best time."

"I first booked this hotel for the near by attraction American dream water park this place in Secaucus Nj was horrible since I walk in it looks run down to my surprise I never stayed in a extended America suite before first thing was my ck in once I walk in the room smell like rugs had never seen a shampoo smell damp and to top it off I went to the bath room and encounter a missed by the cleaning person excrement smear near the frame of the door I had to change room being this unnaceptable the person in the counter was apologetic and change my room ..next where do you see a property that does not provide ice with a ice maker machine. Non in the whole place now this one will surprise you when you look at a place with breakfast include you expect minimum continental breakfast meaning bagels fruits orange juice etc when I ask what time is breakfast time the lady in the front desk say ohhh don’t get to exited is only coffee and some pack muffing the description says breakfast included but be prepare to go out of the property to have breakfast the only good thing I can say is the location to the near by American dream that’s all their is another extended suites hotel right next to the park just do your homework and see the rewiew if I would it known I would have book at least Hampton inn and get a Better worth my money and pay more this place needs a complete remodel ,,only one staff member seem to be helpful but the rest in the front desk when you approach is in negative mode.."
