"Not a big variety on the breakfast menu but fresh and tasty. TV interface was annoying so I gave up Parking was very convenient but I'm not sure why I was charged $10 to park Staff friendly"

"The room smell like smoke the cheat on the bed they were dirty with brown stains. Customer service was horrible. I’m not happy and I will not recommend anyone to stay at the hotel."

"I stayed here in order to visit Teddy Roosevelt’s Sagamore Hill. The hotel’s decor is charming, especially if you’re a Burt Bacharach fan. Staff were helpful and courteous, and several good restaurants are within a very short walking distance. The only downside is that it’s easy to hear activity in the adjacent rooms, but fortunately, I had quiet neighbors (YMMV)."

"Had a great stay last weekend! The staff was amazing. So friendly, very helpful. The room was comfortable but the hotel is a bit outdated and run down. The lobby was very nice, but elevators and rooms could use a face lift. Overall it was a fine stay and the location was specifically what I needed but there are nicer hotels for the same cost in the area."
