"Fabulous motel, staff were so lovely & friendly. Room was so clean and decorated beautifully, only down fall I would say is the streaming on the telly so complicated messing with WiFi settings to get it going. But has to channels anyway, ample parking, restaurant was lovely m&s garage in walking distance to. All in all a lovely stay & the drink vouchers for my partners 30th birthday was such a lovely treat. "

"The recently refurbished (I understand) room was a generous size, and bed was enormous and comfortable. The view over the square was great, but this meant a few noise issues from passers by at kicking out time. The walk in shower was clean but lack of shelving for shower gel and shampoo seemed like an oversight. "

"Clean n cosy room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had a manicure after breakfast and went for a walk in the town afterwards which was lovely too. "

"Room had iron and board which is required for me. Room service was available (though unused this time). Hotel was good quality, the staff are helpful and it was a good stay."

"Arrived to be greeted by a group standing in the front entrance smoking weed. No one from the hotel asked them to simple move a few meters so all areivedcdidnt have to walk through it. Was woken up by dealing going on at 02:15am outside my door. There meals overall are not cheap, but the cheapest option at my point of stay was roughly £12 - but they then charge you £7 to bring it 1 floor which isn’t really 4* service. £6 to park your car a day and no guarantee of a space. The staff were always polite - but that only masks the reality here on somewhere more 2* with 4* prices "

"The attention to detail surrounding guest experience stood out to me. The furnishings, food, spa and staff were all top notch. Would highly recommend. The only thing is that the timings for things can be restrictive if you want to get the most out of your stay."
