"The pictures very deceiving room looked nothing like the photo and dirty popcorn and dirty socks on the floor. Rundown poor customer service zero housekeeping paid for 3 guests only two towels trying to get towels a nightmare two coffee pods when asked for an extra for 3 paying guests was told we only give two not even a stir stick had to use the same paper cup for 3 days. I even got poor attitude when asking for a roll of toilet paper but housekeeping would never come to fill anything. "

"This place is tired. If you don’t mind staying in Spartan accommodations, this place is for you, but it is certainly not luxury. The carpet was stained, the 30-year-old phone didn’t work, the facility has good bones, but it is so tired. Down by the Jacuzzis inside there was a metal register that had been white, but was all rusted. "
