"Have stayed at this hotel before, great view and when you are in a newly renovated room it's lovely, we were in a room that definitely needed updates and repairs and the pool was getting maintenance when we wanted to go in just before dinner, disappointing."

"I have never seen a room so poorly maintained. They tried to silicone over mold/mildew in the tub, cuts in the wallpaper, paint peeling on the ceiling, loose toilet seat, dresser drawers so tight you couldn't use them. All the flags out front were horribly tattered. If you're not going to maintain these flags, then remove them!! It is a huge disgrace to the flag as well as the Countries they represent. Horribly disappointed, would never go back!!"
