The room and bathroom were nothing like the photos online. Mould on the walls, no hotwater at the bathroom basin. Very poor condition and unsure how it can be allowed to house guests. Very expensive hotel. Very inconvenient if you decide to visit Brisbane city. Very limited choice in term of dining. Very unfriendly hotel if you have any modifications of the trip. We wasted more than $1200 on this reservation. Very upsetting experience.
