Lots of hidden charges and very poor security. Bathroom was absolutely filthy and the pipe is exposed where you can cut your foot. Room is not what’s advertised and no staff available for any assistance.

I booked this roll but chose not to stay for my own personal safety and also because I feel this accommodation is a scam. They charge one price upfront and then loads of “hidden” charges. There is no one to speak to about your stay. As a solo female traveller I chose to book travelodge for my stay where I felt safe to leave my belonging in the hotel room. I wouldn’t have slept a wink in this property. Not sure why Expedia are still allowing this company to be on here!! AVOID!! Trying to get a refund!!!

The place smelled, no working lighting in room. Very basic and unclean room, TV didn’t work efficiently. Uncomfortable bed. No hand soap. Room was nothing like the picture. Would not stay again and strongly suggest you don’t either, many more places to spend your money.

Arrived had to pay extra fees that wasn’t told at time of booking All done over what’s app Room had not been cleaned from night before, Said they would get it cleaned but at 8pm offered us a room in another hotel 1.5 miles away But we’re at a gig During the night the roof leaked and soaked the floor

Serious safety issue – not suitable for families We stayed at Boho Breeze in Brighton with my young daughter. During our stay, she slipped in the shower and fell against a sharp exposedmetal edge on the shower frame. This caused a painful injury and bleeding, and we had to seek hospital treatment. This should never happen in a family hotel. The bathroom is unsafe, especially for children. I would not recommend this property to families until the shower design is changed and made safe.

The property needs improvement: Toilet seat loose ,broken ! Shower head has been mended with some plastic material to avoid leaking (did not work) TV not working ,pillows we’re disgusting very dirty ,communication not so great . We were told that check in started at 4pm but when we got there at 04:30 pm the flat was still occupied,not good enough we’ve travelled all the way from London . Floor carpets very uneven and dirty looking ! Not staying there ever again and will not recommend to anyone! Thank you

DO NOT BOOK We booked this for Sunday 24th August 2025 and we were in Brighton. The check in process is ran by an AI bot and they took check in fees of £4.97 each from us telling us we would receive the codes to check in at 4pm. We never received the codes and it was a nightmare trying to contact them and difficult to find any real contact information that wasn't powered by AI. When my partner finally got a return call around an hour later (nearly 5pm) we were told that they would have to check the position with the manager. My partner then received a text confirming our booking was cancelled. We still have not received a refund of the check in fees and frankly it feels like a scam.

We had high hopes when we booked this place. However before even arriving it became clear it was not going to be pleasant. The “hotel” first contacted me via WhatsApp without my permission or notice that I would be contacted that way. They just completely unsolicited without even identifying who they were messaged me on WhatsApp asking for photos of mine and my fellow guests’ identification. They then also told me I had to pay additional fees on top of what I paid through Expedia and sent me a link to do so. When I did not immediately respond to their messages, I received a call from this same number again through WhatsApp. I answered and let them know I was in the subway and might lose service. They began talking at me telling me the same thing I had already received the messages regarding and when I didn’t respond fast enough the person on the phone said “I guess you don’t want to talk to me” and then hung up on me. I could get past all of that if when we arrived, the room was nice. First of all, it was walk up only. They listed it as accessible and it was 1000% not. We had to lug our suitcases up 5, very narrow and steep flights of stairs to get to our room on the fourth floor. The room was tiny.

このホテルは無人ホテルです。チェックインもオンラインでするように指示されます。しかもやり取りはWhatsAppアプリでのみできます。 また宿日者全員のフォトIDを送るように求められ、オンラインで送ることに抵抗があると伝えたが、それについては触れずにとにかくWhatsAppでチェックインするよう求められます。 渋々、パスポート番号を消して画像を送信したところ、チェックインは完了し、入口の暗証番号、部屋番号、部屋の暗証番号を教えてもらえます。 その後、案内された部屋に入室したところ、部屋の清掃がされておらず、シーツやタオルは床におちたまま、前宿泊者のゴミもそのままの部屋でした。 さすがに部屋を変えてもらいたいと連絡したところ、約1時間程待たされ、ようやく別の部屋に案内された。 そちらの部屋はベットと部屋の清掃はされていたが、恐らくバスルームの清掃はされておらず、前宿泊者のゴミがゴミ箱に残っていました。 とにかく運営側の人間がサイトにいないので、トラブル対応に時間がかかる、清掃のレベルが最低なので、こちらは予約しないことをオススメします。 受けられるサービスと支払う料金の釣り合いがとれません。
