"This is a wonderful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, room was big and bed very comfortable, AC in our room was excellent. Hotel has a good gym and the parking garage was easy to navigate. I will definitely be staying here again on future visits."

"Tudo péssimo! Viajamos 600km e quando Chegamos no hotel com reserva confirmada, fomos mal recebidos pela atendente dizendo que o hotel não tinha convênio com a Hotéis.com e não tinha vagas. Tivemos que voltar 80km para achar um hotel disponível, pois a demanda estava altíssima devido a grandes eventos e o vestibular, fazendo ficarmos sem hotel. NUNCA MAIS USO ESSE SITE E NEM HOSPEDO NO HOTEL "

"The staff was very nice and they were courteous. But there was no elevator in this hotel. The breakfast was good. They had construction going on on the first floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage because they had no elevator. And they had no cable access only local channels no access to YouTube Netflix or prime video. My overall rating for Lago Palmas’s a four out of 10."

"Infelizmente vou ter que dizer a verdade. A pousada precisa melhorar muito. Desta vez o apto que ficamos: a cama a gente fica escorregando na borda, os travesseiros cheio de poucos pedaços de esponja solta. Totalmente mole. O banheiro sem lugar para você colocar a toalha e a roupa que você troca. O aparelho sanitário colocaram muito afastado da parede o que faz com que você tenha dificuldade para acessar a parte do chuveiro. Não tem box, banheiro pequeno que você molha todo ao tomar banho. Não...
