O quarto tem tamanho bom, atende às necessidades; o banheiro é um pouco pequeno (o ralo da pia estava entupido). O café da manhã é bastante satisfatório, tendo a possibilidade de se servir em horário antecipado (a partir das 04:30h) o que facilita quem precisa fazer check out mais cedo. A localização do hotel é muito boa.

O cartão de entrada do quarto estava ruim e, mesmo após diversas reclamações, nada foi feito. Apenas liberava a entrada no quarto após diversas tentativas. Além disso, pedi um copo de água na recepção e foi negado, alegando que apenas tinha água para comprar. No mais, o café da manhã era bom e quarto confortável, apesar da péssima imagem na TV.
