"Nothing to complain about. Had to queue to check in but that was to be expected as there was a wedding on and tribute band so hotel was busy. Couldnt fault the reception staff. Very friendly and helpful. Thought we wpuld be entitled to 50 percent discojnt on ncp parkjng but they didnt know about it"

"I often stay at this hotel, and the rooms are perhaps a little dated but always lovely. This time, I had an absolutely bargain priced single room on a Sunday night. The room was very small, but also very cute and cosy, and had everything I needed (that would have been included in a bigger/more expensive room) including a lovely bath. But, best of all, I had the most perfect sea view. I had the window slightly open all night and could hear the sound of the waves lapping...it was like being in another country. It was the most peaceful, and perfect, stay, and I hope I can get the same room again next time!"

"Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist who supported us with sorting a parking permit, helped us with our luggage and ensured we were happy. The room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed and that was specified on our booking. It also comes with the most beautiful view of the scarborough coastline and the castle at the top of the hill. Its only a two minute walk to the actual beach which is just down a path in front of the hotel. The beach is beautiful and very tidy (barely any littler). We didn't get up on time for breakfast, however the menu looked great and from what i could see caters for all (check online). We will definitely be going again as it was also great value for money. "The landlord was extremely helpful. Allowed us to enter out room early. Was very helpful, had a problem with our tv came and changed it straight away. Nothing seem to a trouble i didnt want an egg, took it off no problem. The breakfast was a full english, and was excellent. There was absolutely no grease on plate and tasted yummy. Had a big pot of tea with breakfast, which is good as myself and friend drink a lot of tea lol. I havent slept in a single bed since i left home quite a few years ago. The bed was comfortable, normally i wake up with aches and pains, woke up with none. We booked this mini break very much last minute. We were both expecting probably a bit of a dive, and upon arrival it was lovely and clean."
