Bridgewater Hotels near Niagara Falls

"No Breakfast on site. Staff was Ok. Hot tub was not working the first night we were there. Health club / exercise room is in terrible shape. Most equipment is broken. No in room coffee. Coffee is in main lobby. So if you want a morning coffee you have to go to lobby and join the construction workers that are there getting coffee?"

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. However, the high floor fallsview room was extremely muggy and uncomfortable for the first day of my stay. On day 2 I decided to keep the curtains closed the entire day from sunrise until sunset and it cooled all the way down. So keep your curtains pulled during the day and you’ll be fine! The front desk staff was rude both times that I interacted with them (checkin and checkout) as if I was bothering them. I paid $70 per day for valet and was unable to reach valet staff for an hour at checkout. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for the valet to get the car & bring it to me. Having said that, the location is fantastic. I walked my way around Niagara Falls to Clifton Hills and the entire length of the falls and it was only 11,033 steps. I was able to enjoy a fantastic dinner at Morton’s Grill inside the property as well. My only critiques are the staffing issues. "

"Breakfast was just pastries and bagels and some waffles not much more. Bathrooms are out dated and small but you get what you pay for "

"Elevator wasn’t working. Shabby and stuffy overall. We left immediately after we checked in and found another hotel. "

"Comfortable beds and spacious rooms; unfortunately, our room had an odd odor and I was very disappointed with not having a microwave in the room. Had to go to the opposite wing to the vending machine area to get to a microwave. This location does not have a gym despite what online claims. Staff informed me that it was closed down 4 months ago 😞. The food is ok. The waterpark is a lot of fun and there is an adults only hot tub. "

"For the price didn’t get much perks by booking through Expedia may reconsider booking directly through the hotel going forward. Vouchers really help and we didn’t get any. Otherwise hotel was clean and comfortable."
