"Wonderful blend of classy Italian hotel and international expectations. I stayed in a superior double; extremely comfortable bed & pillows, large bathroom with bath & shower. Helpful staff, short walk to main interest points including train/ buses to explore surrounding areas. Delicious breakfast. Would absolutely stay again!"

"Great location, staff and price but the AC is more like a wall controlled fan which didn’t really do the job in the Italian heat and the shower didn’t just stay hot/cold but jumped between when it wanted. Cannot say enough about the staff being wonderful and really easy to check in and out and the room was clean and had personal touches."

"The hotel was in the perfect location for our needs . Unfortunately we had a lot of ants , spiders and a roach .. Thankfully body spray works on the bugs and we were able to kill them. We had to check out early due to my parents being in the hospital and the hotel will not provide a refund for 3 nights nor a credit for future. Poor guest service as well. Unfortunately they sealed the deal with a negative approach."

"Beautiful hotel, good location, good breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. The only negative is the lack of storage space in the room. It’s a shame that in an otherwise elegant and calming space there is nowhere to store luggage or put away clothes so the room feels messy. There is an open clothes rail for hanging clothes which is functional but not what I really want to be looking at when I wake in the morning. I couldn’t decide whether to keep my underwear in the Mini bar fridge or safe so ended up keeping it in my case as they were the only three options!"

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety and fresh. Great walking area for the city unless you were there Sunday as we were when everything is closed and so shopping is Ltd.."
