I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Opera 35 was a comfortable place in a good location. The hotel staff were polite friendly and helpful. The decor was wonderful with an unexpected courtyard with lounges table and chairs to relax in. The room was spacious and spotless. With amenities such as a well equipped kitchenette fresh water everyday. We had the breakfast twice in our four day visit. Food was plentiful and varied with hot and cold foods. Coffee was good. We appreciated that the bar provided a light fare outside of Italian restaurant hours. The location was close to the river and a short 25 minute walk to the centre and most attractions. We would stay again,

Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting so much. But maybe other people like things more firm.

Location was great, front desk staff was were very nice, and the room was clean. Sadly the heat did not work very well and the room was quite cold for most of the stay. Elevator was slow and sometimes it would not come at all and needed a reset. Other than that it was a nice hotel.
