Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort
10/10 Excellent
"As described… central to our needs"

Landmark Resort
6/10 Okay
"The location and staff are great, but the rooms are very dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. The pool area and amenities could also do with an upgrade."

Pelican Waters Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Great staff, nice restaurant, bar and cafe. Pool looks beautiful at night 😍"

Mantra Mooloolaba Beach
2/10 Terrible
"Mantra is the scum of society. They take your money (card hold) they lie to you and tell you it will be released within 24 hours but really you'll be fighting with them a week later to get your card hold released. Absolutely absurd. I will never stay at any Mantra ever again. The brand damage from this experience of being lied to is unforgettable. Scared for life. I HATE the Mantra!!!!!"

Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely apartment beautiful pools"

Lowanna Beach Resort by Direct Collective
10/10 Excellent
"Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed on the 7th floor and the lifts were very fast. 2 mins walk to the major shopping centre for all your needs. 5 min walk to the beach. No complaints at all, highly recommended. I will stay again for sure."

Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel
2/10 Terrible
"Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. I called the hotel to let them know we weren’t coming and to see if we could get a refund or a change of date or something to help. I was directed to hotels.com because that was who we booked through and they advised the hotel was not prepared to do anything. I was able to provide a medical certificate if needed. It’s a new hotel, it was a wet Tuesday in a no -holiday period - I don’t think they would have been booked out. Any sort of help - say us paying half next time - would have been nice. I appreciate we fell outside of the rules but a little leeway would have been appreciated. We won’t be bothering to book again - there are plenty of places at the coast we can choose instead."

Best Western Plus North Lakes Hotel
6/10 Okay
"When we turned down the bed to go to sleep we saw a redish/Brown stain on the sheet covering the matress. My mother who travels to northlake for a medical treatment every three months is very stricted when it comes to cleanlyness and was very upset about finding the stain so I went and told the front desk that there was a stain on our sheet he replyed in a cold manner saying her would be up in a little while to take a look. When he arrived he replaced the sheet and made the bed and said it looked like a rust stain. I said sorry for the trouble and thanked him. I thanked him because it wasn't his fault it was the cleaners fault but he looked and sounded really angry and left. The only other problem was the hand soap was out as well as the body wash. We love to stay here for the convenance. Close to the Shopping centers and Costco. The lake is also a very nice place to relax and unwind. The lady receptionist on the morning of our checkout was very polite. We will make another booking but might ring up and ask for our sheets to be changed before our arrival next time."
