"The hotel lacked the polished service and five-star finesse one would reasonably expect, particularly within the restaurant and lounge areas. Table service was notably absent, requiring guests to collect their own drinks from the bar. During dinner, only part of our order was processed by the waiter, leaving some of the party waiting for meals that had not been entered. The experience culminated in one guest leaving without dining at all while the remainder of the party had already eaten. In addition, the spa facilities were disappointing, with the jacuzzi not fully functional and used towels left around the area by guests, creating an untidy and poorly maintained environment. "

"On first viewing looked ok. Room big, looked cleanish. Checked every day of stay coffees and biscuits replenished. Big stain on duvet when stripping bed. Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms late at night. Kids running and messingthrough restaurant on a night, when parents settled at their table. On first breakfast morning, resident and her child turned up in pyjamas. Breakfast was best bit, lots of cereals, fruit, juices, and full English."

"The restraunt in this hotel was not great Both my grandchildren have food allergies we struggled to fund something on the what so very little menu. Then to be told the food could have crosd contamination from the fryer."

"Room was okay, would be better if a bigger tv and a mirror over the desk/ dressing table. Breakfast was poor, all tables were being used, only 1 person clearing tables, food was not replenished when empty. Bought out 6 croissants when the restaurant was full. Topped the milk up by only 2 pints from a 4 pint container - why not put all of it in. Kept running out of cutlery. Americano coffee from the machine was cold. Food quality was poor - could not eat the cooked offering."

"I paid on arrival at 5:10pm, to be then asked for my card details in full that made me feel uncomfortable so l froze my bank card. So glad l did as the young girl tried to charge me again 4 times from 9pm up until 9:30pm, she clearly gave up and although the Manager Islam was helpful l am yet to receive assurance via email that their error won’t be duplicated. I would avoid if l am honest"

"Although the property is undergoing renovations, staff apprised in advance so it was not a surprise when we arrived. And! the workmen were not only accommodating but quite genial. The room was well appointed and the amenities were great (love the biscuits!). The complimentary breakfast is really tasty with a lot of choices. Best.hotel.ever!!!"

"Compared to the website the property is very dated. Air-conditioning was not working in our rooms. Breakfast wasn't great."
