"From the moment I arrived, my stay at Jacy’z Hotel & Resort exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a unique atmosphere that combines modern luxury with a vibrant resort feel. The design is stunning, with beautiful interiors, stylish décor, and incredible views of Gothenburg that make every part of the property feel special. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and everything was thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and luxurious experience. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurants and bars, which offer amazing food, great drinks, and breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The spa, pool, and fitness facilities were excellent and added to the overall resort experience. Whether you’re looking to relax or stay active, the hotel has everything you need. The atmosphere throughout the property is lively yet elegant, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Jacy’z is truly one of the finest hotels in Gothenburg. With its beautiful design, luxurious rooms, outstanding dining, excellent amen"

"Our stay at the hotel was lovely.. A very quirky + unusually decorated place to stay right on the doorstep of Liseberg .. The one disappointing thing was the evening buffet . This was very poor to be polite .. Cold food + not a great selection for a hotel of this standard ..Upon complaint twice to staff they made no attempt to rectify my complaint .. Breakfast was delightful + there was a wonderful choice of food .. Summary : Fabulous hotel to stay in but don't pay for the awful evening buffet !!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central. The hotel was extremely convenient, located directly at the train station where we arrived from Stockholm. After a long day of travel, we especially appreciated the very short walk from the train to the hotel. Although we arrived late in the evening, there were still a few nearby places open where we could purchase snacks before checking in. The check-in process was seamless, and our room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. We also appreciated being able to take the elevator directly to the train station level, where there were shops and restaurants. The location made transportation very easy, and Uber drivers were familiar with the hotel pickup area. The only drawback was the size and temperature of the room. We had booked accommodations for three people with an additional bed, which made the space feel quite tight. The room also became warm at night, the windows could not be opened, and we were unable to control the air conditioning. Overall, the excellent location, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and easy access to transportation made this a very convenient place to stay in Gothenburg."
