"TV was broken and staff would not fix it. Requested assistance at every stage of my 3 day stay and still sat watching Netflix on my phone propped up on a pillow. Great location, I wish I could say it went better."

"The bed was fairly uncomfortable, and the pillows were not the best. The shower needs a major upgrade as it had mold growing in between the tiles and around the tub. There is a fee to park your vehicle at the hotel, and the elevators are extremely busy. The air conditioner seemed like it didn’t run very well as it was set at 64, but it was still fairly warm. Calling the property was also very awkward because you get transferred through two automated systems and then a live person who then has to connect you to the hotel. The staff were not very friendly. Overall, it’s an extremely average hotel with average rooms. There is nothing amazing about it. "

"Stayed for the Mets Giants game. Had a great time! Clean rooms. The only negative was the bathroom door, we had our 12 year old son and the door is a barn slider door. A minor inconvenience at most as speaking to each other about who's going to the bathroom and putting up a down for the corner solved everything "
