"I had never stayed at a Best Western. It was a great experience for a hotel that is not considered luxury. It was immaculately clean. From the young woman at checkin throughout our stay, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, well prepared, beautifully presented and served by caring staff."

"Staff was great, only complaint would be that the floor in the bathroom was sticky and needed to be mopped. You could tell that only the part where you walked into was mopped, but not under the counter where you stand. Put a towel down because it was so sticky. I also thought the breakfast was not good. No fruit, no eggs, juice machine didn't work, very limited selection of bagels. We always went out to eat. "
