Everything seemed new and clean. The beds were very comfortable with properly working AC, TV, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There were 2 good dine in restaurants located across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

New owners, Recently re-opened, completely remodeled interior!! Very nice! Sajeel moon checked us in was super friendly and helpful! Our room was nice, clean. Bed/pillows/linens all new and very comfortable. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge in room. Wish fridge had a freezer. No carpet in room, so sounds traveled from other rooms a bit. I really like the big shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion dispensers! Breakfast was cold items, awaiting approval to serve hot. Had cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, milk.

The staff are amazing. The motel is under new owners they've turned the place around. It's definitely showing the true meaning of resilience. Those of you who aren't aware before the new beginning. Baynont had a bad rep . Please do not go by past reviews. As this Is Not the same . I go back just to speak to some of the staff,that's how much I love these people. I'd recommend. Getting g the queen Ed they have jacuzzi tu s in the room.. rooms are nice,new, fresh remodeled. Go rent room and come throw down your own words. 1000000%%%% satisfaction..

No continental breakfast or washer and dryer service as advertised. They did wash my daughter's uniform for me in their commercial machines after I declined to go to the local laundry mat. It was super clean and I believe they didn't have their food license yet to be able to serve continental breakfast so everything was packaged. Very nice staff and very clean. Would stay again once they received food license and laundry service.

This hotel is newly renovated and everything is new and clean. We have traveled many places and this is by far the cleanest hotel with the most polite and helpful staff. We were staying in the area for a NASP tournament at the KY Expo center. This hotel is in a great location to get to the expo. It never took more than a 10 minute drive. The breakfast bar wasn't opened yet but we plan to try it out on our next visit. The room has a good size mini fridge and a microwave so even without the breakfast bar we were able to prepare food easily. We had a great stay.

I recently stayed at this Baymont for 3 days, and overall I had a really good experience. It is a new management as much as i can tell. The place feels fresh, even the paint still smells new in all areas. The old reviews should not be a factor to book this inn. They should actually put a display somewhere online to let people know it is newly renovated and completely redone. My room was clean and comfortable, and the service was solid throughout my stay. No complaints there. The location worked out perfectly for me too. It is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, which made things super convenient. There are also plenty of food options nearby, Rooster, Taco spots, and fast food—so it was easy to grab something quick without going far. For my work trip, everything just lined up well. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

STAY AWAY. SAFF TOLD ME TO SHUT UP AMD THAT THEY WOULDNT TAKE SH!T. All over me telling her to update on Expedia that they require a deposit .Terrible experience. I stayed here since they reponed when they got done with the remodeling. I’m working out here and will be for the next few months so this was a great and affordable option. Until when to check in this week and the lady at the desk was extremely rude. She asked for a deposit and I responded “what deposit” she said what do you mean what deposit you need to pay a deposit. So I said ok. I told her they should disclose that on the app. She proceeded to be rude again so I told her to never mind and just to give me my room to go about my day. She then told me to shut up and she wasn’t my servant and she would be taking my sh!t. Manger came and she was even being rude to him. Didn’t want to let me talk to him. I told the manger to check the cameras and he would see it there. She said no that no one cares. I have never had anyone be this rude and tell me to shut up multiple times to my face at a hotel. STAY AWAY

The hotel was in nice condition and my room was very clean, nice staff. However it was not as advertised since the website stated they serve a free breakfast which has now been discontinued. Breakfast is a very important decision maker for me when I book hotels for my business trips.

We had to wait 15 min for the front desk clerk to show up. She had 2 people waiting to be checked in. She charged us a incidental fee of 967.65 and another of 50.00. She kept reminding us to not smoke in the room when we told her several times that we are not smokers. It seemed as if she was on drugs. When we got to the room, we noticed that there were 2 beds instead of 1 king bed that we reserved. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. It was just a flat sheet over the mattress. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in.
