"Small room that had very strong smell of smoke Tiny shower. The balcony has certainly seen better days and not somewhere I would like to sit. Yes there is a see view but also a busy road so expect road noise. We stay here again "

"If I could give the Burlington more than 5 stars then I would. Amazing place. It had everything I wanted, was wonderfully clean, the staff were superb and the cooked breakfast was superb. I will be back and will be looking forward to doing so."

"A very good breakfast. We also enjoyed the two mini meals for £22 offer, these are the same meals as the main menu but smaller portions. We had the sausage, mash and gravy, very tastey. The staff were friendly and helpful. "
