"Booked room for a first floor because of my disabilities. When i got there, clerk said all they had was a 3rd floor room. I cannot do stairs or elevators. A gentleman came in with no reservation to the other clerk as i was checking in, the girl told him that she had a first floor room for him. When i questioned it, the other customer said i coukd have his room. The clerk told him NO he cannot do that. I could not cancel and go somewhere. In the room, the toilet was NOT a stardard size toilet. It was one that they put in elementary schools for small kids. Even the toilet paper holder was only 6 INCHES from the ground. I was not able to get on and off the toilet, very much hurt and the hotel would not do anything about it. The property was well maintained and the other staff was friendly."
