"Because I was in flight my reservation was canceled. No text or email no warning. I got there at midnight and was told I could book another room for the next day at standard prices. I just got a different hotel. After hearing what I went through the new hotel gave me a room at discount. That's called customer service!"

"The home looks almost brand new and my most important feature CLEAN!! We had a small hiccup with getting the door open to relax but the host promptly took care of it. We were attending a wedding with several events. This was a wonderful place for us to stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lubbock"
