"The Empire Hotel was amazing. The location next to Lincoln Center is perfect. The rooftop bar at sunset was spectacular. My only complaint was that we were told to call for the valet to get our car 40 minutes before leaving. Unfortunately, no one at the hotel answered the phone for 25 minites. By that point, I had already walked back to the hotel and then still had to wait the 40 minutes to get my car. We will stay there again "

"The hotel is in a perfect location if you’re going to broadway shows. The rooms are small. There are no amenities like coffee pot or fridge. They are renovating the lobby so it was busy and noisy. Overall 4* paid a ridiculous amount for “resort fees” no idea what that was for. "
