"One of the managers by name Lilian was extremely unhelpful when I needed a place to keep my luggage. I was extremely disappointed and have Dec never to stay at the hotel again. I think she needs to be retrained. "

"The staff at the counter was very kind and make us feel welcome at the check in. The room was nice and very clean but, the A/C from our room wasn’t working. After we informed to the staff, they immediately switched us to another room. The breakfast was okay but could be better. My suggestion is to have at least 2 bottles of water in the room for the coffee maker."

"Everything was perfect"

"Our room could have used some maintenance but it was clean and comfortable. The toilet seat was on the verge of falling off (literally) and the remote control didn't work. Some of the walls had repair marks but weren't sanded down or repainted. All in all, it was a fine stay."

"We loved our stay at Anna & Bel. The service was perfect and friendly, the room was lovely with a very comfortable bed, the pool was divine and we had a great meal at Bastia. Shoutout to Jamal, he was a ray of sunshine himself :) we plan to return on our next stay in Philly."
