"The room was very nice, friendly staff and the breakfast was wonderful. Location is excellent too. Our only complaint is the smell of the fish garbage from the adjoining restaurant that wafts into the hotel lobby. "Perfect place to stay to explore La Rochelle. In the heart of the old town and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. A small supermarket is located nearly next door. Walking distance from the train station - less tha. 5 minute flat walk. Friendly staff, clean room with large comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast available which we had both mornings.
