The manager who checked us in was super lovely and welcoming. The downside is it was a little far from the city centre so we ended up having to taxj one night when the buses had stopped running. Aside from that. Really comfortable..

The room smelt. No reception staff when I checked in so I couldn’t complain. Automation is fine if you have systems to make up for a lack of people. Car park is good.

Took the money twice

I've paid twice. Once through Hotel.com and the hotel take me the money as well. And they told me that they can't give me the money back because my account is not French. So it was really expensive.

The parking was safe. We had to change rooms due to there being bodily hair and dirt on the shower which had clearly not been cleaned. Very disappointing. The bathroom also smelled of urine.

Nous avons sejourné dans cet hotel pour une nuit, escale pour aller à l'ïle de Ré. Hotel confortable, proche de toutes commodités, centres commerciaux, voie rapide et du centre de la Rochelle. Petit dejeuner copieux. Rien à dire.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas

Pas d’accueil, la taxe de séjour devait être payée en carte bleue et cela ne fonctionnait pas ensuite la porte ne voulait pas s’ouvrir, trois quarts d’heure avant d’accéder à la chambreet le pire une nuit sans climatisation au mois d’août. juste une cata en plus la clim faisait un bruit pas possible😱

Très bon accueil, personnel prévenant. La chambre spacieuse et propre. Proche de l’autoroute, bien isolée au niveau du bruit. Il manque des espaces de rangement dans la chambre ( petits meubles , salle de bain) …. L’hôtel est situé dans une zone commerciale, nombreux commerces aux environs. Et le parking est juste en face de l’hôtel : pratique.
