"It was not the hotel's fault, but the power went out because some transformer exploded. It was the night before preparing to run the BMO marathon. I was preparing my things in the dark... The staff was helpful in giving me a flashlight. The power eventually was restored around 12:30am. I stayed in the 9th floor on the west tower, and only 1 out of the 2 elevator worked so it was a pain waiting for it take me up and down. The morning of the race, none of the elevators worked at all! And I had to run down 9 flights of stairs."

"I had completed the online checkin on Thursday but did not receive a checkin confirmation email. I had to call the hospitality phone number and was assisted by Ivan and who sent the details via text mail. We were able to access our building and room. It was nice to have a kitchen and a bathtub. The location was great."
