"The room was clean and comfortable. AC and hot water worked. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to the stupa. Rooftop restaurant is stunning."

"The room smelled like creasote. When I told the staff the smell would make me sick, they showed me another room with the same smell. She said it was the "paint". I asked if all the rooms had the toxic smell. She said yes. When I asked for my money back, she said no. I had to find another hotel and carry my (heavy) bag down 4 flights of stairs."

"The peepholes were installed backwards on most rooms on the 3rd floor, meaning anyone could look into the peephole and see the entire room, but the guest could not look out. Very unsafe to have. "
