"The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing."

"We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time."

"It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money."

"Hi all On arrival check in was nice and quick,Staff very friendly and polite,Once I got my keys and was in my room I read the inventory there was a check list ,I went through it items where missing, I called the main Office, This took time only there for a day, Room was loverly size Kitchen need finishing off also Bathroom,But don’t let that put you off, Would stay there again,Great location."
