"We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. "All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"10/10 Experience! Just left the Sandals Dunn River resort and I have to say—everything was top tier! The service was truly 10/10 from beginning to end. The staff made the experience unforgettable. Special shoutout to Tiana, Rebecca Jane, the amazing bartender Antionette, Donovan, Juwan, Bernadine, and the restaurant waiter-Tawana. I can’t remember everyone’s name, but these individuals stood out with their kindness, professionalism, and energy. They made us feel welcome, cared for, and truly on vacation. I’ll definitely be back—and recommending this resort to friends and family. Thank you all for making our stay so special!"
