"I can't really recommend this place too highly for a couple of reasons. The wifi continuously dropped out, even in the bedroom, which was the only place in the flat which would connect. "Overnight stay with partner in September. Rooms are large and bright and all was spotlessly clean. September is perhaps not high season in Zadar, but still there were a few customers at the hotel and we still had a very quiet sleep. We didn't file any particular request but felt the staff was friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast with good variety. Sadly, the machine to prepare coffee was dated and the taste of our coffee left quite a bit to be desired. I'd say that's the only serious bit where this hotel lets itself down. Location also isn't too central, but Zadar offers many means of transport to get close to the old town, plus there are a few restaurants in the area (the hotel also has its own) and a convenience store right opposite the hotel. We had our own car which could accommodate in Mediteran's parking area. Overall, we'd recommend the hotel."
