"The elevators were broken so the line to get to and from your room was outrageous, they did refund us a day off our stay but we had to walk down several flights of stairs in the back staff stairwell because we didn’t want to wait a hour for the elevator, so we deserved it , the room was nice though and clean , other than the elevator we had a good time "

"The borgata needs some refresh for sure. I know they redid some of their spaces in the casino area last year but I was expecting that they’d take advantage of the time and do even a basic update to the room by putting more usb plugs around the room. I feel like they just haven’t kept up with current expectations. "

"The rooms wasn't clean on a daily basis. One set of towels for the entire weekend. They said its a 4 star hotel it should be a 1 star sound coming from the rooms next door. Never again 😒 poor"
