"Nice Hotel. 2 minutes walk to Big Ben! Staff were very friendly. Rooms are very clean and modern. Only gripe was no view as we had an atrium view but we weren’t in the room long enough to worry. "

The facilities were excellent, and it was clear that great care is taken in maintaining high standards throughout the hotel. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again."

"Lovely stay from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient (just note there’s a £25 deposit, which I hadn’t expected). The room was spotless, and the little touch of chocolate on arrival was a nice surprise. The location is very central, making it perfect for getting around. Overall, a 10/10 stay—I’d happily return!"

"Check-in was a bit of a hassle, as there was some kind of issue going on. I waited quite a while. However, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful, and they did their best to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the end I was comfortably checked into my room and the rest of the stay was without any issues at all"
