The property is clean and there are many restaurants around. However the room was not quiet. I worried constantly about annoying other guests.
Personnel and location were lovely, but no hot water in one room, windows that didn’t fully close (allowing mosquitos and noise to enter), and minimal lighting in the rooms were all problematic. Property is very dated.
This is a simple hotel with adequate rooms. We were in #12, and had our own bathroom, many have a shared bathroom. Our room had one queen bed and one double bed, one TV, one fan, a louver window, shades on upper windows. Barely room to store 4 suitcases, but we managed for three nights. Breakfast of eggs, hashbrowns and toast, fruit, and coffee/tea/water included. It is also a coffee shop in the lobby and Jarvik was a wizard at making an iced or hot latte. 12 oz was $4. He was awesome. Very kind and helpful staff. Parking in the back. Close to resturants. Careful walking, sidewalks are a luxury, changes in levels and steps are frequent. Located on the main or principle road through Boquete. Gives one a chance to explore easily.
The included breakfast was a great way to start the day.
The room was cleaned every day.
The staff was courteous. Their English was impeccable. They were able to explain some Spanish questions I had.
They assisted with booking a tour to Volcan Baru.
The location of the hotel is a short walk to dozens of restaurants.
The personnel are very nice and the service is good. the room was clean and the surroundings were very scenic. breakfast very good everyday and the price is reasonable. there are no frills but if you don't care about such, then you will enjoy the stay.
Awesome place to stay. Amazing staff, fantastic breakfast, very clean and comfortable room. Highly recommend staying there.

Nicely located within walking distance to center. Room poorly situated for travelers - no shelves, no bedside tables, no lamps, no place in bathroom at ALL - zero counter or shelves, except a tiny plastic on in corner that couldn’t really hold anything. For a triple room, three people’s items have to go SOMEWHERE. Shelves on either side of the beds, wooden shelves in bathrooms, more than one outlet in the entire room, bedside lamp - not that hard to rectify. Great location, beautiful view, very nice front desk person. Sadly found the room very lacking.
Great place to stay in Boquete! Walking distance to the main shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean, it has a ton of common areas are nice and very relaxing. Offers complete breakfast and great service from the employees there.
The staff is super friendly and excellent. Julissa, was exceptionally friendly with a great smile. The breakfast was also excellent very fresh and delicious
Staff were very helpful , location was good. Breakfast was good. Convenient to have coffee shop on premises.
Room was decent size. Only downside was bathroom a bit crammed.
This is a cute little hotel but extremely basic there is no refrigerator in the room and the furniture is rather old however the staff are willing to help as they can. Breakfast coffee extremely watery for a coffee growing region with a cafe in the hotel and breakfast was a remarkable cold eggs and plain white toast somewhat sad given they make a good effort in other ways
If you can find another place to stay in Boquette, do it. I originally booked two room, one for myself, and for my daughter and her fiancé, when we arrive and checked, My daughter called from the adjacent room and said come take a look in the shower, and there was black mold in there. Since her fiancé is highly allergic, we simply said we couldn’t stay there. Outside the window of our rooms, an old toilet, and other miscellaneous extra building materials were in plain view- not the best vista-
They refused to give a refund. I average 70+ nights a year, traveling in hotels all over and this is my only negative review of any of them for what that’s worth-

Know this first: this is a very BASIC hotel. The rooms are small; the overall property is oldish & somewhat tired. Plugs for things like charging phones & tablets are few & awkwardly placed. The lighting in the room is terrible. Having said that and WITHIN that framework - our stay was absolutely fine & dare I say ... pleasant! The staff here were all excellent! Hard working folks who go out of their way to ensure your comfort. Our room was well cleaned and fresh towels provided daily (whch has NOT been our experience throughout Panama.) The breakfast was basic but earnestly & lovingly prepared and served on the patio outside. Coffee is good - you can even have an Espresso, Latte or Americano if you wish! I enjoyed my daily Vanilla Latte's with the backdrop of the gorgeous moutains that surround the town!
The location is great - within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, coffee shops along the "main drag" - but far enough away from the noise & the traffic to ensure a good night's sleep.
BUYER BEWARE: Several rooms in this hotel do NOT have bathrooms. Make sure when you book that your room is described with a "private bathroom" - unless you don't mind sharing. We paid a little more for a king size room with a private bathroom and were glad that we did.
