"We had a great stay - location is excellent, breakfast was excellent and room was v good. Staff were also really nice and friendly. Only downside was the changing rooms for the swimming pool - gents was out of order and only small family area available which wasn’t the cleanest. Overall though would recommend."

"The Resident was very comfortable and convinient. The room was in perfect condition and staff was friendly. The only slightly uncomfortable thing is that they don’t have a kitchen, si they don’t offer breakfast. But there are a lot of options in the area. "

"The staff in every section were fantastic, Cheerful, helpful and very polite. Food was cooked to perfection, Breakfast had plenty of choice and would cook extra things for you if they had it. For us, a couple in our 70's it was absolutely 100% perfection and if we come back to Chester again we will certainly be staying here."

"Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service "
