"Although the location was not really near anything taking the shuttle over to the airport if you need to pick up some items at the grocery store was quite convenient. The only negative thing that would comment is the fact that the shuttle has strange hours in the sense that it doesn't run during the middle of the day for whatever reason"

"This hotel was superb. From the minute we arrived the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Room was delightful, breakfast was delicious with a great choice. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is situated next to Piazza Maggiore but it was quiet and we had no disturbance from the street. 5 * all round."
"Very clean place! Nice comfortable room, good AC and wifi. Staff were very accommodating. I only wish they had better shuttle service. There were 4 shuttle vans, sitting unused, but none to the city center. And the 5 minute shuttle to the airport was 13€. But overall I will use this hotel again."
"The room was large and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. The staff was helpful. We did buy breakfast, but that was lacking where they could not keep up with the amount of guests and keeping food out at the buffet. We had to wait quite a while for any hot food for breakfast."
