"The evening front desk person is not very pleasant very rude and condescending on speaking to you me. Then it’s even better is come about 930 10 o’clock in the morning. The maids are cleaning rooms and they yell from one end of the hallway together to each other play log music and don’t really clean much of anything. My room was filthy. I spent the first night there cleaning everything myself. The breakfast I ate gave me food poisoning so I had to extend another day and they charge a $250 deposit. The housekeeping manager did ask if I wanted housekeeping come in and clean up the room as I complained my first night but after spending hours of clean at myself, I declined, but they did offer to make that right however, it already been taken care of. There is one sweet girl who works daytime shift at the front desk. I believe her name is Abi. She was the only person I met there that seemed to enjoy her work. Did a satisfactory job without complaining and she knew what she was doing. The pool was nice and warm and the Jacuzzi was quite green and full of mossy moldy stuff it was not good likewise my bathroom had black mold all over it."

"The entire hotel looked like it was falling apart once we reached the elevator. The AC also didn’t work. The staff was nice but they informed us that the building was in the middle of being switched to the AC so it was going to be hot. Our room was 80 degrees and we were drenched in sweat. It was miserable, especially for the price that we paid and not having anything to offer like breakfast included in the pricing. "

"Just was “meh”. Not a $200 a night hotel. I don’t care that you have an insanely overpriced steakhouse attached. Rooms were small and when the air was on you could smell the age and the mustiness. Shower was tiny and strange. Won’t stay again. Staff was friendly. "
